Return Policy
Details about the right of withdrawal:
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good or to give up a Service, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring costs other than those of delivery. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning a Good or giving up a Service expires within 14 days from:
- the day the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good - if the Buyer orders multiple products in a single order that will be delivered separately
- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good or the last part - in the case of the delivery of a product that consists of several lots or parts
General conditions for returning products
The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them.
The return is made with the original tags intact.
The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and accompanied by the accessories/gifts with which it was delivered.
If you bought several products of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The return of the other products is accepted only if they are sealed.
Products that have undergone unauthorized interventions, those that show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, bumps, mechanical / electrical shocks, products that are missing accessories are not accepted.
The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, unworn, without stains or tears.

If you want to return several pieces or products, it is enough to fill out a single return form.
Return simply and quickly with any courier you want (paying the transport fee and sending without refund) or we can send the courier to pick up the return. The product amount is returned. The initial shipping fee is NOT refundable.
This is automatically deducted from the amount of the product(s) that must be refunded (you do not have to pay a penny to the courier)
Depending on your preferences, we can change the product or return the money to the bank account provided by you together with the related name. For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return.
